The Charlotte Central School Board members are Clyde Baldwin, Edorah Frazer, Lynne Jaunich (chair), Sue Thibault and Kristin Wright
Board meetings are open to the public. Agendas are available online (click on agenda) or see link below for agendas and minutes. The board Workplan for 2011/2012 is available for viewing. During the 2011/2012 academic year, regular meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of each month in the CCS Library with a start time of 6:30 p.m. School Board meetings will be live streamed here. During the months of October, November, December and January budget development sessions increase the frequency of meetings that are held at various times. Please consult the main calendar for location and time.
Three board members from CCS are appointed annually to represent Charlotte on the CSSU board. CSSU meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at CVU at 5 PM with common topics beginning at 6PM. Click here for CSSU agendas or you may also access agendas at www.cssu.org

Outcomes
Since January of 2010, the board has been working on developing outcomes for our students. Outcomes are essentially a set of expectations about what knowledge students will obtain, what skills they will possess, and what attributes for life long learning they will gain as a result of attending CCS. By establishing and monitoring outcomes, the board maintains their focus on student outcomes. We all will know what benefit students receive as a result of attending CCS as well as whether the students are attaining those benefits.

October 26 Community Forum
Over 25 community members attended the first budget forum on October 26. The board chair, co-principals and superintendent began with a presentation that can be viewed here: October 26 budget forum presentation.pdf. The audience then broke out into 5 groups to discuss what constituted a quality CCS education and what areas need further attention.
