Welcome

Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year. I'm excited about starting my fourteenth year teaching at CCS.  This year I'll be teaching two groups of seventh grade math and two groups of seventh grade science.  I'm looking forward to interacting with the rest of our Omega students through our various team activities.

About Me

Teaching is my second career after working as a certified athletic trainer for eight years at Colby College and four years at a local physical therapy clinic.   My move to teaching came with the opportunity to get a Master of Science degree and teaching certification through Middlebury College in 1995.  I've been fortunate to be able to continue my professional education by completing the Vermont Science Initative's Master of Arts in Science Education program which has prepared me to work as a science teacher leader here at CCS.
