Groupwise to Google Link

Pop3 Groupwise to Google (so new Groupwise messages will come to Google account)

1.       Go to mail.cssu.org and log into your cssu.org Google account.

2.       In the top right corner click the “Settings” link.

3.       From the “Accounts” look in the “Get mail from other accounts” section and click on the “Add a mail account you own” link.

4.       In the Email Address box enter a dummy email address (ie: temp@ccsvt.org).  This account should not be a real account.  Click “Next Step..”.

5.       Enter your Groupwise username and password in the appropriate fields.

6.       In the “Pop Server” field enter the following:  email.cssu.org

7.       Port 110 is good

8.       Check  the “Leave a copy of retrieved messages on server” box.

9.       Check the “label incoming messages” box, then click the drop down arrow to the right and choose “New Label…”.  Type in “groupwise” (without the quotes) and click OK.

10.   Click “Add Account” to finish.

11.   Now go back to settings and choose the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab.  In the “Pop/Download” section choose “enable pop for all mail” and then click “Save changes”.

12.    This account will be used from now until the “go live” date which is currently April 2nd.
