Dear Charlotte Community Member,
 
A group of community members has developed a new Strategic Plan that is a sequel to the one developed in 2000.  A Strategic Plan gives direction for the School Board and Administration in developing priorities and in the allocation of resources.  The focus areas for this plan are the same as were in the last plan:  Curriculum, Technology, Support Services, Facilities, and Positive Learning Environment.  The Strategic Plan is a rich document that reflects the values of the Charlotte community in proportion to the number of people who contributed to its development.  To those community members who gave us input, we want to say thank you very much for your time and thoughtful help in this process.
